Eight government corporations have advertised various job opportunities for qualified and interested Kenyans.
In an advert on Tuesday, February 20, the Public Service Superannuation Fund (PSSF) declared nine vacant positions.
PSSF seeks to recruit Senior Manager, Investment property Management, Principal Legal Services and Principal Scheme Administration Officer.
“Candidates interested in the positions can access detailed role profiles, qualifications, experiences and other requirements on our website at [email protected],” read the advert in parts.
The Fund also advertised vacancies for a Principal Investment Officer, Principal Accountant, ICT Officer and Supply Chain Management Officer.
PSSF also invited applications for two Senior Assistant Office Administrators and Senior Drivers.
“Applications should be deposited at the PSSF, Human Resource Registry, Bima House 6th Floor clearly indicating the position you are applying for or email to [email protected],” said the Fund.
Applicants should note that the applications should be received on or before Monday, February 26, 2024, not later than 1700hrs.
Kenya Water Towers Agency Job Opportunities
The Kenya Water Towers Agency (KWTA) has invited qualified and interested applicants to fill five vacant positions.
KWTA advertised a five-year contract for Director, Corporate Services, Director Ecosystem Protection, Rehabilitation and Conservation, and Director, Community Partnerships and Sustainable Livelihoods.
Additionally, the Agency announced permanent vacancies for the position of Manager Internal Audit and Corporation Secretary and Head of Legal Services.

Agriculture Finance Corporation
Agriculture Finance Corporation (AFC) announced one vacancy for the positions of a Head of Audit and Quality Assurance, Senior Internal Auditor and Information Systems Auditor.
Qualified individuals can visit the AFC portal www.talcl.com/careers and apply for any of the three positions.
Applicants must attach a cover letter, updated CV, certificates and any other supporting document.

Pest Control Products Board
Pest Control Products Board (PCPB) also advertised vacancies in four General Managers positions i.e Compliance and Enforcement, Corporate Services, Analytical Services and Registration.
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: –
- Served in the grade of Manager, Registration for at least Four (4) years.
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Agriculture, Horticulture, Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Master’s degree in any of the following disciplines: – Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Crop Protection, Plant Pathology, Entomology, Toxicology or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Professional qualification and membership in good standing, where applicable.
- Leadership course lasting not less than four (4) weeks.
- Proficiency in computer application skills.
- Relevant work Experience.
- Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
- Fulfill the requirements of Chapter six of the Constitution.

Communications Authority of Kenya
The Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) advertised job vacancies for the positions of Executive Office Administrator and Director, Human Resource (HR) and Administration.
The Administrator position is permanent and pensionable while the Director is a five-year contract term renewable subject to satisfactory performance.
For the Executive Office Administrator position, applicants must meet the following qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least four (4) years proven work experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Fulfil the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution.
On the other hand, for the Director HR post, applicants must meet the following requirements.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Commerce, Social
sciences, Business Administration; or relevant bachelor’s degree in Applied and
Physical Science, Humanities or Business-related field or equivalent qualification from a
recognized Institution. - Relevant master’s degree in human resource management, Commerce, Social sciences, Business Administration; or relevant master’s degree in applied and physical Science, Humanities or Business-related field or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Be proficient in computer applications.
- Fulfil the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
- Be a registered Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management and be in
good standing. - Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a
government or public sector environment. - Minimum of 5 years in a Senior Management / Leadership Position.
- Strong knowledge of public sector HR policies, procedures, and compliance
requirements. - Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and
