Social media personality, Esther Akoth popularly known as Akothee has expressed her disapproval of a man making videos with his 16 days old baby claiming the child’s mother abandoned their daughter for a rich Nigerian man.
Akothee called out the man for intentionally using the plight of the child to create content online, something she mentioned was uncouth.
In the video shared by the businesswoman, the man is seen holding the baby wrapped in a white shawl while listening to a seemingly sad gospel music in the background.
His face can be seen etched with concern as he whispers soothing words to the crying infant.
In the video, he had a caption reading “She is sick, why all this my God? Her mother left her 4 days after birth.”
However, Akothee took to her social media expressing her irritation with the man’s actions further asking him why he is not in hospital if indeed the child was sick.
“Mr. Man, how do you know that a 16-day-old baby is sick while you’re just holding him all the time in your bed? Can we see you in hospital or something? This guy is getting onto my nerves with this crying baby tactics,” Shared Akothee.
Akothee’s Message to Andanje
Feeling compelled to address the situation, the celebrity composed a message directed to Andanje, the gentleman behind the videos.
“To the gentleman who has been frequently sharing content involving his child after his wife left, I hope this message finds you well.” read the message in part.

Acknowledging the personal nature of parenting, Akothee noted with concern why Andanje in all his videos failed to show his audience the measures he was taking to ensure the wellbeing of the baby.
“Firstly, it has come to my attention that your content often features your 16-days-old child in situations that might raise concern among your viewers. Holding your child constantly, especially in scenarios that suggest the child is unwell without any clear indication of professional care or advice, can be troubling,” she continued.
